Remembering Those in Prison in Vanuatu

David L. Meyer – CEO Hand of Hope

Today was an awesome day here in Vanuatu. Vanuatu is a series of 80 small islands in the South Pacific. Joyce Meyer Ministries' Pacific Rim Directors, Tom and Wendy McKaskill and I visited 2 prisons today and handed out hygiene gift bags to the inmates. The inmates were very appreciative as very few people ever come here. In addition, we met with the head of all the pre-schools in Vanuatu. There are 11,000 children ages 4-6 and the director told us they do not even have pencils, paper or crayons for the kids. We plan to work on that! We also met with radio and TV people here. Joyce's Enjoying Everyday Life program can already be seen on a local TBN station here thanks to you, our friends and partners.

Hand of Hope is the missions arm of Joyce Meyer Ministries. Our goal is simply to help as many hurting people as we possibly can, to alleviate human suffering and to help Christians grow in their faith.
